Before meeting

• Confirm the meeting time, public starting location and expected duration.
• Keep initial communication clear and avoid sending unnecessary personal documents.
• Tell a trusted person where you will be, or use a private check-in plan.
• Arrange your own transport so you can leave independently.
• Do not proceed if the identity, terms or location change unexpectedly.

During the evening

Respect boundaries immediately and without negotiation. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn at any time. Stay aware of your belongings, drinks and surroundings. Avoid becoming so impaired that you cannot make decisions or travel safely.

Payments and scams

Be cautious with large advance transfers, gift-card requests, cryptocurrency pressure, threats, or demands for identity documents. Keep written records of agreed terms, but never share or publish another person’s private information.
